Valor Portal | Locating SIM Card Numbers

 

Instructions:

  1. Open Device Management.
  2. In the Search bar, type the DBA name.

  3. Find the correct device by checking its EPI and device serial number.

  4. Click the three-dot ellipse (⋮).

  5. Choose View Heartbeat.

  6. Locate the applicable EPI number, click on the blue hyperlink.

  7. In the Heartbeat window, open the API tab.
    1. Read the entry labeled SIM 1 Number, also known as the ICCID, that’s the SIM number.

The ICCID is the SIM card’s unique 19–20-digit digit serial number (usually printed on the SIM). Use it to identify, activate, or track a physical SIM.

Remember: the ICCID identifies the card itself (not the phone number); IMSI is the subscriber ID and MSISDN is the phone number.
