PAX Android A80 Retail QRG (Envoy)

BASIC CREDIT SALE

From the idle screen, select the transaction type SALE.
Enter the sale amount and select CONFIRM.
Tap, insert, swipe, or manually enter the card number.
Have the cardholder sign on screen. Then choose:
- CONFIRM to accept,
- CLEAR to retry the signature, or
- CANCEL to print with a blank signature line.
When prompted, remove the card.
The terminal displays the transaction status.

VOID SALE

From the idle screen, select the transaction type VOID SALE.
Input the original transaction number, then select CONFIRM.
Review the displayed transaction. If it's the one to be voided, scroll if needed and select CONFIRM.
Have the cardholder sign on screen, then choose:
- CONFIRM to accept,
- CLEAR to retry, or
- CANCEL to print with a blank signature line.
The terminal displays the transaction status.

FORCED SALE

From the idle screen, select the transaction type FORCED.
Enter the sale amount and select CONFIRM.
Swipe or enter the card number.
Enter the Auth Code of the original transaction, then select CONFIRM.
Have the cardholder sign on screen, then choose:
- CONFIRM to accept,
- CLEAR to retry, or
- CANCEL to print with a blank signature line.
The terminal displays the transaction status.

CLOSE BATCH

From the idle screen, select FUNC.
Select BATCH.
When prompted "Batch Close", select BATCH CLOSE to proceed, or select X to stop.
The terminal displays the batch close status.

REPRINT LAST

From the idle screen, select FUNC.
Select PRINT.
Select PRINT LAST to reprint the most recent transaction.
