WageWorks is an online platform that helps you manage your pre-tax employee benefit accounts, such as commuter benefits, healthcare flexible spending accounts (FSAs), dependent care accounts, and more. It allows you to submit claims, check claim statuses, and track account balances from anywhere — helping you make the most of your eligible funds while avoiding unnecessary paperwork.

Eligible Expense Criteria

  • Expenses must be incurred during your active plan year.
  • Services or products must qualify under IRS guidelines for your account type (FSA, HSA, DCA, Commuter).
  • For healthcare FSAs: expenses must be medically necessary and not reimbursed by insurance.
  • For dependent care FSAs: care must enable you (and your spouse, if applicable) to work or look for work.
  • Original receipts or itemized statements are required for claim approval.

How to log in and submit a claim

  1. Go to the WageWorks Login page.
  2. Enter your username and password. If you're a first-time user, click Register and follow the prompts to create your account.
  3. Once logged in, select Submit a Claim from the menu.
  4. Upload receipts or documentation for your expense.
  5. Confirm details and submit for processing.
  6. Check Claims Status at any time to track progress.
Note: Be sure to submit claims before your plan's deadline to avoid losing eligible funds.
