Credit Sale
- Enter the Transaction Amount and tap OK.
- Swipe, Insert, or Tap the card when you see the Present Card screen. You can also start typing the card number for a manual entry.
- Have the customer sign and add a tip if prompted.
- Select how the customer would like to receive their receipt.
Debit Sale
- Tap Credit until Debit appears on the screen.
- Enter the Transaction Amount and press OK.
- Swipe, Insert, or Tap the card when prompted, or start typing the card number for manual entry.
- Have the customer enter their PIN and tip (if prompted).
- Follow the on-screen prompts and choose how to send the receipt.
Credit Void
- Tap Sale until Void is displayed. Press OK and enter your password.
- Select either Tran Number or Card Number to locate the transaction.
- Once the transaction appears, press OK to void it.
- Select how to deliver the receipt.
Credit Refund
- Tap Sale until Refund is displayed. Enter the refund amount and tap OK.
- Enter the password if prompted.
- Swipe, Insert, or Tap the card, or type the card number for manual entry.
- Choose the receipt delivery method.
Credit Pre-Auth
- Tap Sale until PreAuth appears. Enter the amount and press OK.
- Swipe, Insert, or Tap the card when prompted, or enter it manually.
- Select how you'd like the receipt delivered.
Capture Pre-Auth (Credit)
- Tap Sale until Ticket appears. Enter the amount, press OK, and enter your password.
- Select Tran Number or Card Number to locate the transaction.
- Once displayed, press OK to complete it.
- Have the customer sign and add a tip if prompted.
- Select the preferred receipt delivery method.
Pre-Sale Ticket
- Tap the Main Menu (≡), tap the Page Down icon (⇩), and choose Host Utility.
- Enter your password, then select Pre-Sale Ticket.
- Enter the amount, tap OK, and the ticket will print automatically.
Favorites Menu
- Reprint Receipt — Print a receipt for the last transaction.
- Settlement — Settle the current batch.
- Tip Adjust — Adjust tips for transactions in the current batch.
- Report — View summaries and details for current or recent batches.
- Change Password — Set one general password or create custom passwords for specific functions.
- Download Package — Apply parameter changes or update your device's version.
- Comm Config — Configure your internet connection settings.
- Reboot — Restart your device safely.
- Remote Diagnostics — Allow your ISO to remotely troubleshoot your device.
Connect to Wi-Fi
- From the Home Screen, tap (★) 7 Comm Config.
- Tap Comm Config → WiFi → select your SSID → tap Configure.
- Enter the Wi-Fi Password (case sensitive).
- Tap OK, press Cancel, then tap Connect.
Tip: To quickly switch internet connections, tap the Connection icon on your screen. The current connection type will appear in green.
