PAXStore | Disable Pax Device

Purpose

Use this procedure when a terminal should no longer be managed or receive updates from PAX Store (for example, for deprovisioning, device replacement, or troubleshooting).


Steps

  1. Sign in to PAXStore.

  2. In the left-hand menu, click Terminal Management.

  3. Search for the merchant and open the merchant record.

  4. From the merchant’s device list, click the device you want to disable.

  5. Click the three dots (⋯) on the right-hand side of the device row to open the actions menu.

  6. Choose Disable.

  7. If prompted, confirm that you want to disable the device.

🟢 Result

The device will be removed from active management in PAX Store and will not receive PAX Store commands until it is re-enabled.


To re-enable a device

  1. Return to Terminal Management and locate the merchant and device.

  2. Click the device, open the three dots (⋯) actions menu, and choose Enable (or Re-enable), then confirm.
