My Ubiquity — 401(k)

View your 401(k) contributions, update your deferral rate, and track employer match.

My Ubiquity is the online portal for managing your Envoy 401(k). Review your current contribution rate, investment elections, and account balance in one place. You can also change your contribution percentage (subject to plan limits) and monitor employer matching contributions.

Why use it

  • See your current and year-to-date 401(k) contributions and employer match.
  • Adjust your contribution percentage (pre-tax/Roth, if applicable) within plan limits.
  • Review and update investment allocations.
  • Download statements and access plan documents.

Contribution & Match Overview (Envoy)

  • Automatic enrollment: Day 1 of hire at 3% contribution.
  • Employer match: Envoy matches up to 6% of your compensation.
  • Change your rate anytime: You can adjust your percentage in the portal.
  • Plan cap: Employee contribution level for Envoy is capped at 6%.
Reminder: You're enrolled automatically at 3% on your first day. You can increase or decrease your contribution, but Envoy's plan caps employee contributions at 6%. Employer matching is available up to 6%.

How to log in & update your contribution

  1. Visit the My Ubiquity Login.
  2. Sign in with your credentials. If you're new, select Register to create your account.
  3. Go to Contributions/Deferrals and choose your desired percentage (up to 6%).
  4. Review changes and submit to apply to future payrolls.
