- Name: 14pt

- Company Name (if using photo): 12pt
- Phone #: 11pt
- Email Address: 11pt
- Company Website: 11pt
- Logo – Marketing approved (yellow and blue logo)

How to Use This Signature in Outlook
- Hover your mouse over the signature block above.
- Click the small square icon in the top-left corner to highlight the entire block.
- Right-click the highlighted block and select Copy (or press Ctrl + C on Windows / Command + C on Mac).
- Open Outlook and start a new email message.
- In the toolbar, click the Signature dropdown and choose Signatures....
- In the Email Signature tab, click New and name your signature.
- Paste the copied block into the signature editor (Ctrl + V on Windows / Command + V on Mac).
- Replace the example information with your own name, title, and contact details.
- Click OK to save.
