🔍 Cause

  1. Search for the serial number in Valor.
  2. Go to https://online.valorpaytech.com/login
    1. Enter your Username and Password
    2. If it's assigned to another merchant, follow the reassignment steps.

  3. If it’s not assigned to any merchant:
    1. Call Valor Support – they must manually unlock it on their end.
