Dejavoo Template Request Form Steps

When building a Dejavoo file, you must choose the appropriate template for each instance. For example: 

When to Use the Template Request Form: 

The Template Request Form is required when you need to create a Dejavoo file that hasn't been built before, and the template is not available yet on Steam, the portal where you build files. 

Steps to Request a New Template: 

1. Fill Out the Template Request Form: 
   1. Access the Template Request Form on the Fintech Dashboard, or here --> Dejavoo Template Request Form 
2. Submit the Form: 
   1. Send the completed form to James at Dejavoo. 
   2. His email: jdangelo@dejavoosystems.com 
3. Email Subject Line: 
   1. Use the following format for the subject line: "Template Request Form – [Specify the template you are requesting]" 
   2. Example: "Template Request Form – Host (TSYS, First Data Omaha, Factor 4, Valutec, etc.)" 
4. Email Body:  
   1. Attach the completed form to the email, let James know it’s attached, and specify the template you’re requesting again.

   Attach the completed form to the email, inform James it's attached, and specify the template again.

   Example Email:

   Dear James,

   I hope this message finds you well. Attached, please find the completed Template Request Form for adding First Data Omaha with Valutec gift cards to our system.

   For clarity, I am specifically requesting the template for First Data Omaha with Valutec gift cards.

   Thank you for your attention to this matter.

   [Your Name]
   [Your Company]
   [Your Contact Information]

5. Ensure you save the form with your changes before sending.
