Dejavoo | QD Full or Partial Download

Overview 

This guide explains how to complete a Full or Partial software download on QD2/QD4 terminals. Follow the steps below based on whether the terminal already has the Aura application installed.

If This Is a New Terminal (No Aura Application Installed) 

1. Power on the terminal. 
2. Select Market App when prompted. 
   1. Enter PIN: 1111. 
   2. The Market App will automatically begin the download. 
   3. Once the progress reaches 100%, the device returns to the Market App home screen. 
3. Select App. 
4. Scroll down to DV Pay. 
   1. Toggle DV Pay to OFF (right-side toggle). 
   2. Tap the checkmark in the upper-right corner to confirm. 
   3. This begins the DV Pay Install. 
5. When installation is completed, return to the Main Screen and select Open from Market. 
6. A Critical Update prompt may appear—tap to continue. 

Starting the Download Process 

1. Tap the three dashes (≡) in the lower-left corner. 
2. Choose Utility. 
3. Select Software Download. 
4. Tap Connect. 
5. Select Network. 
6. Choose Full (or Partial, if instructed). 
7. Enter the TPN when prompted. 
   1. The terminal will begin the download. 

If DV Pay Is Not Available in the App List 

1. Press the gear icon in the upper-right corner. 
   1. Enter PIN: 1111. 
2. Select Show Apps. 
   1. Enter PIN: 1379. 
3. Locate DV Pay in the list. 
   1. Toggle DV Pay to ON. 
4. Exit all menus completely. 
5. Re-enter the Market App. 
6. Locate DV Pay again and select Install. 
7. Once installed, open DV Pay and proceed with the Full Download steps above.
