Dejavoo Device Provisioning (QD Series & Z Series)

This guide outlines how to provision Dejavoo QD Series and Z Series terminals, including accessing menus, configuring host settings, and completing Data wire registration.

QD Series Provisioning Steps 

1. On the home screen, tap the ☰ (three lines) icon to open the main menu. 
2. Open Applications
3. Select Applications. 
4. Choose the correct App listed for your setup. 
   1. Enter the password: 1234.
5. Navigate to Host Utility. 
   1. Select FDO Features if applicable. 
   2. Open Data wire settings. 
6. Select DW Register. 
   1. The terminal will begin registering. 
   2. If the screen flashes, the device is processing the request. 
   3. Once complete, run a test transaction to confirm provisioning. 

Z Series Provisioning Steps 

1. Enter the Core Menu using the appropriate function key. 
2. Select Applications. 
   1. Select Credit/Debit as needed. 
3. Navigate to Host Utility. 
   1. Select Data wire. 
   2. Choose DW Register. 
4. If the screen flashes, registration is in progress. 
5. When complete, run a test transaction.
