Afternoon Training and Development Opportunities

Our team will be providing demonstrations and trainings on ways to help you grow and service your portfolio. This year, each agent will have the opportunity to win airfare for 2 plus 3 nights hotel anywhere in the continental US just by participating in our afternoon training sessions. At the end of each training session you attend, you will be given a playing card by the trainer. The agent with the best poker hand at the end of the afternoon will win the trip!

What is the dress code?

Optional Sunday night team event at Game On

Casual and/or festive attire. Bowling shirts are strongly encouraged.

Monday Training Sessions

We suggest wearing business casual or smart casual attire for all trainings.

Monday Evening Cocktail Hour and Dinner

Business casual or festive nighttime dress is acceptable. Avoid: athletic clothing, shorts, ripped jeans, flip flops, worn sneakers, anything overly casual or sloppy.

Can I bring a guest such as a spouse or significant other?

Please keep in mind that this program is focused on education, training, and networking and understand that space is limited in certain rooms. Children are not permitted.
Our Sunday evening event at Game On is open to all spouses/significant others. Our Monday training sessions are limited to Envoy agents only. Our Monday evening cocktail hour is open to all spouses and significant others. Our Monday evening dinner at Tao is subject to availability and we will not be able to confirm your spouse/significant other's invitation to dinner until the event date. Please understand that priority for space-limited areas has to be given to active Envoy sales agents.

Will Envoy arrange and pay for my transportation and air travel?

No. All attendees and guests will be required to arrange, book, and pay for their own airfare and travel to the venue. There will be no reimbursement or refunds/credits for any expenses incurred by any attendee or guest for any reason.

Is there parking available at Mohegan Sun?

Free self-parking is available in the Winter Parking Lots and free valet parking is also available in front of the Sky Hotel.

How far is Mohegan Sun from the airport?

Mohegan Sun is 57 miles (approximately a 55 minute ride) from Bradley International Airport (BDL) and 50 miles (approximate 1 hour and 5 minute ride) from Providence Airport (PVD).

Does Mohegan Sun offer shuttle service from the airport?

No, but taxi service and rideshare options are available. Estimated ride share to/from the airport is $80-$100 depending on the time of day.

Will Envoy arrange and pay for my lodging?

Envoy will arrange for all lodging upon your signup. Envoy will pay for your lodging on Monday evening 12/8. Should you wish to stay at the hotel additional nights, please indicate that on your registration. The group rate (plus taxes and resort fees) of $276.80 (Sunday night only) or $703.10 (Saturday and Sunday night) will be deducted from your 12/20 residual payment for those agents who select to stay any additional nights.

If I arrive on Monday where can I stash my luggage?

You may leave your luggage with the bellhop just inside the Sky Hotel valet entrance near the front desk.

Will there be raffles at the event?

In lieu of raffles, each agent will have the opportunity to win airfare for 2 and 3 nights hotel anywhere in the continental US just by participating in our afternoon training sessions. At the end of each training session you attend, you will be given a playing card by the trainer. The agent with the best poker hand at the end of the afternoon will win the trip!

Will there be a waiting list if registration is at capacity?

Yes, Envoy will start a waiting list if registration is at capacity. We strongly encourage agents to register as soon as possible to reserve their spot.

What is the social media/photo policy?

Envoy will not post any identifiable picture of you on social media or in our newsletter without your express permission. We ask that all attendees use prudence and err on the side of caution prior to posting any pictures or identifying any attendees on social media regarding our event.

What if I need to arrive late or leave early on Monday?

Please contact Danijela Mandell to advise of your situation prior to registering. Attendees are expected to arrive on time Monday morning and stay through the trainings and cocktail hour at a minimum.
